Panorama Latvii interviewed the Deputy head of the DCMA A.J.Lejins, and Mr.Lejins told the journalist about the situation in Aluksne where, as the auditors from the DCMA Central office had discovered, the local office head I.Pliens had not collected the fee for issuing residence permits.
