The Saeima has made a decision that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is to inform foreign states about the Declaration on Occupation adopted by the Saeima on August 22, 1996. During his visit to Lithuania, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs J.Primakov stressed repeatedly that Lithuania had the best relationship with Russia among all Baltic states.
