Integration monitor is a daily Latvian press digest on ethnic minority and society integration issues. The Monitor reviews the biggest Latvian dailies: Diena, Latvijas Avize, Neatkariga (in Latvian language), Vesti Segodnya (in Russian language). In specific cases other information sources are used. The Administrative Court of Riga District cancelled decision of the Riga City Council to ban all events on 16 March unofficial commemoration day of Latvian Waffen SS legionnaires. Thus, an NGO Hawks of Daugava will hold today a commemorative procession of Latvian Waffen SS legionnaires, while, the Latvian Anti-Fascist Committee will hold a protest action against the procession.
