Lauku Avize Board member Voldemars Krustins writes about Presidentâs initiative to lift language requirement for election candidates from the Election Law. Krustins agrees that the requirement could be abolished, however, he blames the President for not succeeding with the removal as she had to prepare deputies and society before asking to abolish the requirement. Krustins writes ironically about the readiness of Latvian top politicians to listen and implement all requirements set by foreign countries.Lauku Avize Board member Voldemars Krustins writes about PresidentТs initiative to lift language requirement for election candidates from the Election Law.
