Today is the first edition of the new newspaper Telegraf in the Russian language. The newspaper asked the Latvian President what is her opinion about the press in Latvia. V.Vike-Freiberga considers that the press in Latvia has made a good progress during last 10 years. She points out that press in Latvian differs from the press in Russian, as the two audiences are interested in quite different subjects.
