Prosecutor from Latvia has returned from the 2-week work in archives in Moscow with 700 pages of material in the cases of alleged war criminals Konrâds Kalejs and Karlis Ozols. Latvian Prosecutor General’s office will review the documents and testimonies. Latvian President Freiberga has received a letter from Mr. Zuroff from Wiesental center with congratulations in connection with signing the extradition agreement between Latvia and Australia and urges to do everything to make ratification of the agreement to happen soon.
