The ex-member of Democratic Party Saimnieks and Latvias Way D.Turlais established a new liberal party Our Latvia and was elected to the post of its chairman. The book about human rights issues in the Baltic States will be published in Russia. The non-commercial organisation Human Rights Institute is collecting and writing materials for this book.
