The leading persons of TB/LNNK stated at the TB/LNNK Council meeting that took place on Saturday that the Party, realising an honest policy and acting as the uniting element in the coalition would oppose the pressure policy realised by People’s Party and Latvijas Cels. Characterising the situation the Chairman M.Grinblats said that at that moment one might observe politicising of state administration, legislative powers, mass media that prevented development of Latvia as a democratic country. The Cabinet of Ministers was using more and more the method of voting than reaching consensus, thus trying to realise interests of economic groups.
