Official representative of Russian MFA V.Rahmanin announced that there were no improvements in the “humanitarian situation” in Latvia. PACE experts expressed their embitterment about Latvia not keeping its promise to annul the capital punishment and criticised too difficult, as they find them, demands for Naturalisation exams and the window mechanism.
