• Security Police initiated first criminal proceedings on incitement to religious hatred

The Security Police has initiated four criminal proceedings on incitement to hatred according to the Article 78 of the Criminal Code in 2016. Three cases concern incitement to religious hatred and one - to national hatred. All the cases concern Internet comments published by users.
