• 7,000 signatures collected in support of granting Latvian citizenship to all non-citizens

The movement “For Equal Rights” collected 7,000 signatures in support of the draft amendments to the Citizenship law which stipulate granting Latvian citizenship to all non-citizens. The movement “For Equal Rights” needs to collect 3,000 more signatures during next 14 working days in order to initiate state funded collection of signatures in support of referendum on this issue.  Chas
