Yesterday, the Saeima refused a declaration On Ban on Justification of Nazi Regimes Crimes, Glorification of Persons who have Fight on Nazis Side and Attempts to Revive Nazism developed by the Saeimas faction For Human Rights in United Latvia and The Concord Centre. Latvijas Avize prints an interview with members of extreme right-wing organisations Club 415 Janis Sils and the National Power Union Aigars Prusis. Aigars Prusis believes that Russia carries out active propaganda against Latvian WWII legion and Latvian nationalistic organisations and creates negative stereotypes about Latvians to maintain Russias influence in Latvia.
