Among the distinguished participants are minority rights expert from the Council of Europe Reiner Hoffmann, Minister of Foreign Affairs Artis Pabriks and the Special Assignments Minister for Social Integration Ainars Latkoviskis and representatives of the Lithuanian and Estonian governments.
