On 15 October 2020, LCHR has submitted its shadow report to the Universal Periodic Review 3rd cycle on Latvia.

The report covers four areas:

UN OPCAT and National Preventive Mechanism
Non-citizen children
Access to territory
Hate crimes and hate speech
