In response to the statement released by Latvian parliament on the war in Chechnya Russian Foreign Ministry announced that the statement actually supports terrorists and separatists. Chairman of the Human Rights in United Latvia faction Janis Jurkans said that with adopting the statement there is no other country beside Latvia which has that bad relations with Russia.
