Second Alternative report on the implementation of the Council of Europe Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities in Latvia

The Latvian Centre for (LCHR) has prepared a “shadow” report, which aims at providing information on the implementation of specific articles of the Convention in Latvia.This is the 2nd shadow report prepared by the LCHR. The first report was prepared in 2008.

Preparation of the report is funded by the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung and Open Society Foundations
