Newspapers report about the visit of the President of the State of Israel Simon Peres to Latvia on 29-30 July 2013. Mr.Peres with the President of the Republic of Latvia Andris Berzins attended the memorial to the victims of Holocaust in Latvia. During the meeting with the President of the Republic of Latvia Andris Berzins, Mr.Peres has stated that "small countries like Latvia and Israel can become large, creating a new, better world without racism, hate and anti-Semitism".
