The ex-President of Latvia Vaira Vike-Freiberga in an interview with Telegraf states that inclusion of Russian speaking politicians in the government would be a benefit to all society. Mrs. Vike-Freiberga also considers that Latvian non-citizens will be granted voting rights in municipal elections sooner or later.
