- Car decorated with Russian flag burned in Riga
- President of Latvia Valdis Zatlers received first official invitation to visit Moscow
Newspapers report about a car burned in Riga last week. The owner believes that his car was burned because it was decorated with Russian flag and symbols and when he saw his car burning he also noticed a graffiti written on his car in Latvian Do not love Russia! However the fire destroyed the car completely so it is impossible to prove if ethnic hatred was indeed a motive behind this act of vandalism. Chas, Vesti Segodnya
