Telegraf reports that the statistics of the Naturalisation Board shows that the naturalisation rate in Latvia has not changed since Russia cancelled visa requirements for non-citizens. According to a representative of the Naturalisation Board, there is a constant inflow of young people who want to receive Latvian citizenship.
