The head of State Duma Committee on International Affairs D.Ragozin in the framework of his visit to Riga as a member of PAEC answers some questions asked by “Vesti Segodnja”. Meanwhile Russia could do something for strengthening Russians positions in Latvia – Russia should open a branch of a Russia’s bank which would perform money operations with money coming from Russia’s government to war veterans or similar purposes and some part of the profit would be allotted to the needs of Russians in Latvia.
